Directions:

Find a place to sit comfortably with your body and back totally supported. Laying down is acceptable. Place your hands, palms up, either on your knees or at your side. Picture yourself sitting inside a gigantic ball of light. Use the colors and affirmations shown below. Hold the surrounding color image for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Longer is acceptable. When finished, allow the color to fade down off your body and into the floor. You may go from white to pink or blue or green, etc. Simply envision the light, and say the affirmation.

For Cleansing And Protection ~ Use a WHITE Light ~

Infinite father, I ask that you surround me in a white light of cleansing and protection. Cleanse me on anything negative that I have come with, and protect me against anything I might face.
FOR PEACE AND HARMONY ~ Use a PINK light ~ COLOR>

Infinte father, I ask that you surround me in a pink light of peace and harmony. Bring peace and harmony into all aspects of my life, and to all those who come into my vibration.
FOR HEALING ~ Use a BLUE Light ~

Infinate father, I ask that you surround me in a blue light of healing. Cleanse my body of any physical, emotional, or spiritual illnesses I may have and protect me against any illnesses I might face. Please return my body to natural health.
FOR PROSPERITY ~ Use A GREEN Light ~

Infinite father, I ask that you surround me in a green light of wealth and prosperity. Bring allthe material bounties of the Earth into my life, and allow me to overcome any negative financial or material situations which I face.
These same blessings can also be used to bless your home or workplace. Simply fill the room/office/building with the same color light, and modify the affirmation. An example may sound like the following:

Infinite father, I ask that you fill this room with a white light of cleansing and protection. Cleanse it of any negativity which has come into it, and protect it against anything negative which might try and enter.

As you do these blessings, place the color of your need in the appropriate area of the affirmation, then picture the room/office/building filled with a brightly colored fog in the color of your blessing. When you have completed your affirmation, visualize the fog flowing down into the floor and out of the area.
FOR RELATIONSHIPS ~ Use A WHITE Light, And Then A PINK Light ~

Picture a time when you and your loved one were very close. Hold that image in your mind throughout the affirmation.

Infinite father, I ask that you surround __________ (state your partner's name) and I in a white light of cleansing and protection. Cleanse us of anything negative which has become part of our life and protect us against anything which we might face.

Hold that thought for a minute and then add --

And now, heavenly father, I ask that you change the white light to the color of pink, bringing the peace and harmony which we once knew back into our relationship.
